Unless you are willing to eat like a bird or follow special programs such as Weight Watchers and such for the rest of your life, there is no way around it, if you want to eat and you want to be skinny, you must exercise. I look at it like this, eating equals exercise and I LOVE to eat. I feel much better about what I eat on a daily basis, if I have moved by body. We won’t even go into the health benefits of exercise in this post which are a bonus, we will just focus on maintaining or getting the body you want. I workout 6 days per week, but not every session is killer. Sundays I do yoga, but Mondays I do cardio because I am coming out of a weekend where I probably ate more than usual. For instance, if I know that I am going to be eating on the healthier side, I don’t have to work out as hard, but if I know that I am going out to eat on a Saturday night for pizza, my exercise routine will be tougher that day. For me it’s a 50/50 deal, if I exercise, I can reward myself, if I don’t, there is no reward, just a salad with no dressing.
