Now that I have your attention, it’s not really about getting skinny, it’s about getting healthy. Outside of the title of this website, I don’t believe in spending your life focused on being “skinny”, but rather finding balance so that you can look fabulous, plus enjoy life at the same time. Wouldn’t we all love to look fit without having to diet or over think what we eat ever again? Looking good and feeling good starts in your mind, a decision that you can make to live a healthy lifestyle and stop yo you dieting for good. Over 20 years ago I chose to live a healthy lifestyle and I have committed to it for life because I learned that was the only option that actually worked.
This website is my story, opinion and experiences and in no way is intended to be medical advice, it’s just what has worked for me. Over the past 2 decades I have been asked more times than I can count about how I maintain my shape. People I meet, my friends and family ask me what I eat, how do I cook it, what type of exercises I do and most importantly how have I stayed “skinny” for so long? I decided it was time to start a website and blog so that I can share all of that information with you and at the same time you can share your questions and comments with me.
