Just a little blurb that I wanted to share.  Did you know that sometimes you don’t even realize that you could be suffering from even the slightest form of anxiety or depression? This is because it can be brought on by the simplest things in life or at the most happiest times like when you’re getting married or having children.  I wrote about how powerful yoga was and still is for me for the website Do You Yoga and would love for you to read my personal story about a trip to the doctor that changed my life.  Yoga is my prescription for good overall physical and mental health for life and can be for you also.  I am hopeful that if you haven’t already included the practice as a part of your exercise and wellness routine that you will consider it now.
