3 Healthy Foods That Will Give You Beautiful Skin

Yes, it’s true, genetics does play a large role in the type of skin that you have from it’s color to the size of your pores.  But everybody can benefit from eating certain foods that have been proven to improve the look and health of your skin.  Here are 3 healthy foods that will help give you beautiful skin.

1. 2. Cucumbers.  Who would have known that cucumbers were so healthy?  They give ultra-hydration which is the most important thing you can do for your skin to keep it looking fresh and youthful.  Cucumbers also contain vitamin B and C, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and calcium.  They have anti-inflammatory properties as well.

3. Pumpkin Seeds.  Easy to buy and add to a salad or just eat on their own as a snack.  These seeds are high in minerals and contain vitamin B and biotin (an essential for healthy nails, hair and skin that I take everyday).  Try to eat a handful a few times each week.
