What are you guys making for Super Bowl this Sunday? I love all of the foods traditionally served but always try to find ways to make them lighter and healthier with lots of flavor so nobody can even tell. One of my favorite ways to eat healthy even outside of Super Bowl Sunday is with my best black bean dip ever recipe, it’s sooooo good. And you can make it into nachos with whole grain chips in the oven like the picture above.
I also stumbled upon this recipe for a lighter buffalo chicken dip that incorporates Greek yogurt and it looks fantastic, can’t wait to make it! Personally I wouldn’t use the ranch seasoning packet as it is a filler of flavor, instead I would grate some fresh garlic into the mixture and allow it cook through when it bakes in the oven to add some whole food deliciousness. Garlic is also one of the best foods to fight the flu and stay healthy as I’ve talked about here. Check out this light buffalo dip here.
