Nobody wants to waste their time exercising. But the truth is, if you don’t get uncomfortable during a workout, you’re probably not making much of a difference to your body or using your time wisely.
With over 2 decades of exercising 5-6 days per week, under my belt, I have tried almost every type of workout on the planet. With that being said, if I can feel a workout the next day, it’s worth the time. In addition, I choose workouts the pack a punch in the least amount of time.
So here they are! 5 of my favorite workouts that you’ll feel the next day!!
The Ballet Physique is newer to my list of favorites but it will be one that I do forever. Why? Because it literally sheds the fat from your hips, butt and thighs while you’re doing it. Your abs will burn and your arms will get incredibly toned. The next day you will feel sore all over.

Jillian Michaels Hard Body consists of 2 incredibly difficult 45-minute workouts offered with advanced and beginner options. The exercises incorporate cardio and strength to burn the fat right off of your body. The next day you will feel your muscles ache in a good way.

Yoga Inferno will not only stretch out all of those sore muscles after a tough workout, it will also work new parts of your body with moves unlike any other. The Yoga Inferno DVD also consists of 2 workouts, but these are only 30-minutes each and both include a little cardio to keep your heartbeat up so you’ll burn fat.
