Guacamole is a staple in my house because it’s not only delicious, it’s healthy. Yes, avacodos contain fat, but it’s the good kind, the type that our bodies need, like we talked about here.
I love a chunky guacamole filled with more vegetable goodness served alongside some organic tortilla chips and the best black bean dip. There’s really nothing more satisfying or impressive to serve to your friends and family.
Here’s how to make the BEST guacamole.
In a medium sized bowl put…
2 ripe (not over ripe) avacodos (carefully cut open & scoop out)
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
juice of 1/2 fresh lime
1/4 cup chopped red peppers
small garlic clove, microplaned
cilantro, handful, corsely chopped
sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Mix everything together with a big spoon and serve immediately. Enjoy!
