As I read and research for this blog I often take notes of some of the best advice out there when it comes to being healthy. Since weight is a big part of being healthy, I’ve pulled together 7 of the best healthy weight loss tips for you. Keep in mind, these tips are for everybody to live a healthier lifestyle overall and incorporating even just a few of them will greatly influence your health.
Eat vegetables with every meal.
Not only are many vegetables packed with protein, they are full of vitamins and fiber that will not only keep you healthy, but also regular; which can be a challenge when we grow older.
Do NOT drink soda ever again.
Regular soda is jam-packed with sugar and diet soda is jam-packed with chemicals; do yourself a favor and eliminate soda from your life, for good and forever.
One of the biggest misconceptions when it comes to weight loss is skipping breakfast will positively affect your waistline when actually it’s the opposite. When you skip the “most important meal of the day” you’re depriving your body of fuel potentially putting you in the drivers seat of making bad food choices the rest of the day. If you short on time in the morning pre-make hard-boiled eggs and take one with you; learn how to make them perfectly every time here.

Drink more water.
Water will flush your system and keep your body hydrated while also keeping hunger in control because most of the time that we think we’re hungry, we’re actually just thirsty. Learn how much water you should be drinking each day here.
Eat healthy protein at every meal.
If you’re having a salad at lunch, be sure it includes 1/2 of an avocado or grilled chicken to be sure your body is fulfilled until dinner time. Lack of protein causes hunger to occur more often so be sure to make it the center of every meal.
