No time to cook?  But want to be able to feed your family delicious healthy meals each day?  This is the #1 issue plaguing American households and one that I’ve been trying to help solve for years; finally there’s an answer.

Imagine having access to simplified healthy recipes pulled together for you based on your preferences that also creates a grocery list for you so you know exactly what to buy, in addition to access to a personal chef when you have questions.  Sound too good to be true? Creating healthy meals takes patience, planning and some creativity, but who has time for that?  In addition, if you’re looking to lose weight, have to deal with numerous food dislikes or even food allergies within your household, meal planning can become even more challenging.  Well, the good news is PlateJoy has become the solution to all of these hurdles, with most meals taking 30-minutes to make, and is now available to us all.

That is what I’ve discovered through PlateJoy; a personalized menu, grocery list and online meal service that not only helps you get delicious meals on the table everyday, but will also save you tons of time and money.  For only $10 a month, I’ve had the opportunity to experience Plate Joy myself and it’s been incredible, here’s how it works in 4 simple steps.

Step 1

Since it’s personalized, click here to get onto the PlateJoy website and answer a handful of questions about your food preferences, how many people in your household, what meals you’d like to plan, such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and/or dessert, and where you like to shop.  You also choose the type of food you’d like to eat, I chose “Clean Eating/Low Carb and Sodium.

Step 2

Next you “create your menu”.  This will take less than 30 seconds, and with that you’ll create your digital pantry (that will always be remembered) so PlateJoy knows exactly what staple ingredients you already have on hand.

Step 3

Your personalized menu for each meal you’d like to create will be displayed for you and your family, along with how long it will take to prepare.  You’ll get to choose from delicious dishes like balsamic glazed salmon with roasted asparagus or Tex Mex chicken burger salad with avocado, and when you click on these meals you will see everything from calories to fiber content. You can either save them to your queue, or if they are not for you, remove them from your menu and move on to other endless meal options.

Step 4

Once you’ve chosen the meals that you like, there will be a follow up digital pantry for any additional items you need to pick up at the grocery store for those specific meals.  You can even choose the order you want to make each recipe.  Finally, just click on your shopping list and you’ll know exactly what and how much you need to buy.  You can add your own ingredients and PlateJoy will even offer substitutions and backup options.
