Processed foods are basically almost everything in the middle of the grocery store, anything in a box, a bag or a can.  Instead, focus on the fresh foods found on the outer perimeter of the store.  Of course, making your own meals enables you to control the ingredients, especially the amounts of salt you’re consuming, but it also keeps the chemicals and preservatives out of your diet.  PlateJoy can help you better plan and eat each week, learn more about it here.

So if you’re looking to get a flatter, toned belly, consider eliminating these 2 things from your diet and see what happens.
