It’s that time of year again! Colds and flu can come on slowly and last for weeks if you don’t know how to properly treat it from the start. But the good news is there is a way to fight a head cold fast, in 5 days, here’s how.
This is when you’re in denial, but starting to feel a bit off. You’re tired, achy and your head feels a bit congested. You think it could be allergies, but it’s not.
