Connection to Living Healthy in NYC!

There is no better place to live a healthy balanced lifestyle more than NYC.  I love New York City for so many reasons that I couldn’t possibly list them all here, but most importantly I love NYC for the unlimited ways I can continue to live my healthy skinny travel lifestyle that I have talked about here.  There is a gym on every corner, yoga in some way, is a part of everyone’s life and organic nutritious foods are readily available like no other place on earth.

As I walk down the street, I see so many women carrying a yoga mat on their way to or from an exercise class, which is motivating in itself.  Everyone walks in NYC, so it’s rare to see an unfit person anywhere.  Central Park is open for all and is such a rejuvenating tranquil place to exercise.  The city is buzzing with the latest and greatest in health and wellness so it’s easy to stay in the know.  With so much positive pro healthy balanced living going on in NYC, it’s nearly impossible to not want to be a part of it.

Exercise and healthy food are essential to living a skinny life, but following that up with a mind body relaxation spa treatment only enhances that commitment.  I don’t believe there is a better place to get a massage than NYC.  Taking an hour for yourself while having a professional work your tired muscles will connect your mind and body while making them whole.
