Changing up the weekly workouts for better results

You’ve probably heard it before, muscle confusion through changing up your workouts gets better body results. Well, it’s true and really makes sense.  Working your body one way on Monday and then doing something completely different on Tuesday works your muscles in differently which strengthens them more intensely.  I am feeling my workouts from this week.  Here is what I did to really change it up:

Sunday-Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown

Monday-2.5 mile run in the fresh air throughout my neighborhood

Tuesday-Physique 57 

Wednesday-Jillian Michael’s Kickbox Fastfix (workout 3)


Friday-Jillian Michael’s Shed & Shred (Level 2)

Saturday- Will be my well-deserved day OFF!
