36 Squats A Day Challenge: 6 Months Down Another 6 Months To Go!

Can you believe it has already been 6 months since I started the 36 Squats A Day Challenge that I talked about here?  Time is flying by faster than ever nowadays, but this past 6 months and my 6,480 squats seemed to have flown by like the wind.  I admit that I have had some days that I did not want to do any squats, never mind 36.  But once I remembered my commitment to you, myself and get started, there is no stopping me, I have actually had some days that I do 40 or even more.

I believe that if you can only do one exercise everyday, it should be squats.  Tight buns and thighs go hand and hand with strong abs and arms, but being able to fit into a tight pair of jeans takes priority in my book.  If you don’t have 30 minutes a day to exercise, take the 5 minutes everyone does have and complete as many squats as you can, preferably 36.  Do them while brushing your teeth or watching your favorite television show, just do them because the pay off is well worth the effort.

Lots of people have asked me for pictures, but because I had already been living a Skinny Healthy Girl lifestyle, truly the difference is tightness and more sculpted muscle. The best way to explain it is I feel like my jeans have never fit better!  Jeans are the best test when it comes to fit thighs and butt, no doubt and these results come straight from the 36 Squats A Day Challenge.  How are your squats going?  Remember, commitment and consistency is the key to success in anything that you do, but especially exercise and lifelong fitness.  36 squats a day challenge, 6 months down another 6 months to go!
