This is what I did this week, from bottom to top, Monday through Friday, these are the workouts that work, period.  At about 30-minutes each, these effective and efficient at-home workouts can fit into any busy schedule.  Switching up exercise is key to changing your body and these workouts are the best way to do that.

Jillian Michaels kick butt workouts combine everthing from strength training, cardio and kickboxing in a circuit format.  Mandy Ingber combines yoga poses with traditional toning exercises to give you a transforming full-body workout.  Physique 57 is a barre workout that exhausts every muscle group with small focused moves that sculpt the body like never before.  Combine all of these workouts within 1 week of exercise and reap the benefits immediately.
